Peak Season Delay Notice- October 2, 2023, to January 14, 2024

Dear lash lovers, we would like to bring to your attention that couriers and shops are currently experiencing a high demand during the Holiday Peak Season, which is from October 2, 2023, to January 14, 2024. Due to this peak season, there may be some delays in the delivery of your packages. Global couriers are expecting an overload of shipments during the major holidays; while unlikely, it may cause the delivery to be delayed by 1-2 days in transit.

Our team is doing everything possible to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as possible. However, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier to complete the fulfillment.

Please contact the courier if you require assistance with orders that have already shipped and are delayed or lost/missing. Ensure that you have your tracking number from your account history and shipping confirmation ready.

LBLA Beauty is happy to offer complimentary same day processing on al Overnight orders that are placed by 12:00pm PST, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and Holidays). Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00pm PST will not be picked up by the courier until Monday with an expected delivery to be made on Tuesday.

Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm PST (excluding weekends and Holidays). If you ordered with an overnight delivery option and it is taking longer than 3 business days our representative will be able to refund your overnight delivery up-charge. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping fees outside the above guidelines of processing time and delivery time.
